Thinkey Optical recently announced that its daily lens production capacity has exceeded 30,000 pairs, setting a new company record. To meet growing international order demand, the company has officially launched its Phase II Smart Factory project. The new facility will introduce fully automated AI quality inspection systems and intelligent warehousing logistics, with expected production capacity increasing by 40% upon completion.
The General Manager stated, "This production milestone marks our dual success in scale manufacturing and lean production management. The Phase II project will focus on digital transformation to provide customers with more efficient and stable supply chain support."
The project involves a total investment of approximately 80 million RMB and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2024, raising the company's automation rate to over 85%.
